This category includes music
video, web series, trailer, advertisement, short film of any genre
and short documentary. Applicant must include the CV of one (ONLY)
director or producer or casts or other main crews of the project.
The awards will be granted to the name of the person who submitted
the CV. (If you want to apply for more persons in the project,
please submit a different application even though the film is the
same).
Please note, that the award will be given to a person (or the
submitter), and not the film. The film will become the main proof of
the submitter's achievement besides the CV.

- $ 375 USD, for administration fee, certificate, Royal Sash and
handling/shipment of the package (if you don’t attend the Ceremony).
- $ 575 USD, for administration fee, certificate, Royal Sash, Royal
Medal with a box, and handling/shipment of the package (if you don’t
attend the Ceremony).
- $ 775 USD, for administration fee, certificate, Royal Sash, Royal
Trophy with a box, and handling/shipment of the package (if you
don’t attend the Ceremony).
- $ 977 USD, for administration fee, certificate, Royal Sash, Royal
Statue with a box, and handling/shipment of the package (if you
don’t attend the Ceremony).

By submitting your film/s or screenplay to the Royal World Cinema Prize
(RWCP), you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions below
in full:
1. The submitter guarantee that all rights and releases has been
legally secured, including music rights, songs, any kind of
projects, etc. The submitter releases RWCP and all its member and
affiliates from any legal action whatsoever.
2. A.
Films with various languages are welcome, but must be added with
English subtitle (or it can be dubbed into English). Films can be
from all genres and any year.
B.
If nominated, 2 DVD PAL and 1 (one) blu-ray
(optional) or DCP, must be sent. Please write "No Commercial Value -
For Cultural Purposes Only" either on the envelope and the shipping
invoices. Although every possible care will be taken with DVDs while
in our possession, however, we cannot accept responsibility for
unforeseen loss, stolen, or damage of entries. Please do not send
originals. We do not receive downloads of any kind.
3. All transportation/shipping costs (including customs clearance)
to Indonesia, plus fees for insurance while in transit, must be borne
by the participants. The Director reserves the right to refuse any
shipment involving unpaid costs.
4. All selection committees' and juries' decisions are finals.
5. RWCP has the right to disqualify a winner for any reasons,
without having to explain the reasons to the submitter.
6. Submission of an entry gives RWCP permission to have accepted
work exhibited, photographed, locally telecast, and reproduced
either in part or whole, for educational or publicity purposes.
Submitter can request in writing that their material not be used for
such purposes after the event.
7. RWCP reserves the right to make any necessary changes in
regulations or scheduling.
8. All submitter are expected to keep communications with the RWCP
professional and in good taste. Failure to do so may result in
disqualification at any point in the adjudication process, including
the nullification of Selection status or nominations. That
stated, RWCP will only communicate with the person who submitted
his/her work to RWCP, and RWCP should not be expected to communicate
with any other persons.
9. RWCP has the right to work with any institution and partners for
all kind of cooperation, including joint events or promotions.
10. All materials submitted
electronically or by mail will not be return. Please do not send
original copy.
11. All submissions should be sent prepaid.
12. All submission fees are non-refundable.
13. RWCP Director reserves the right to make changes in the RWCP
profile, if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances
beyond his/her control.
14. The submitter acknowledges that remediation of any sort will be
limited to a refund of their submission fees.
15. All disputes in respect of any matter relating to the RWCP shall
be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts
in North Jakarta. Any dispute arising as a result of submission to
RWCP will have a recourse limited to the lesser of either the
submission fee paid, or the cost of correcting the issue.
The submitter agree to indemnify RWCP and hold us and our employees,
owners, affiliates, and partners harmless from all claims and
liability associated with submitter’s participation or entry to RWCP.
By submitting to RWCP, submitter indicates that they have read,
understand, agree with, and will comply all of the Terms and
Condition above, and accept all of the terms and conditions herein,
in their entirety, without modification.
